These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mentionmetrix (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You’re responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it.
• Provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Acceptable Use

• Don’t misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Don’t upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Don’t scrape or bulk export beyond the limits of your plan or API terms.
• Respect third-party rights and applicable laws when using and sharing results.

Your Content & Our IP

• The Service, UI, code, and models are our intellectual property. You may not reverse engineer or create derivative services from them.
• We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve features and reliability.

Plans, Payments & Refunds

• Paid plans (subscriptions or credits) renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers; we receive payment status/invoice IDs, not full card details.
• For crypto payments (e.g., USDC/ETH/BTC), successful payment is determined by the processor/gateway (e.g., confirmed on-chain). We record the invoice/charge ID and transaction hash.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated by us. If we issue a refund for crypto, it may be returned in the same asset or fiat equivalent at our discretion.
• Prices and features may change with notice; changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time; termination does not relieve you of obligations to pay accrued fees.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that location will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll provide reasonable notice (e.g., by email or in-app). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
